MODIS, a leader in the IT Staffing and Services industry, is working with a well-established, global client to fill an Enterprise System Management Team Lead Job in Cleveland, Ohio.  The Enterprise System Management Team Lead Job in Cleveland, Ohio will contribute to this world-leading organization by providing direction and leadership to the ESM team with responsibility for the timely, quality, and on-budget delivery of all phases of the project life cycle and support of the ESM environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• 
  

• Plan, direct, and prioritize project activities of the ESM team
• Develop and maintain the long term strategy for the ESM environment in support of global operations
• Create and implement strategic initiatives to standardize processes and improve efficiencies across Enterprise Infrastructure and Applications
• Act as point of support for the ESM team for escalations and critical issues
• Gather and analyze data to ensure current standards and processes are being followed and are meeting service level agreements across the global enterprise
• Manage the department budgets, schedule, scope, quality, and risk to deliver the department initiatives to support business requirements
• Participate on application and infrastructure implementation projects to insure the solution conforms to existing Enterprise Systems Management standards
• Provide engineering support as necessary to resolve technical issues
• Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors

 
Candidates Must Have:
 

• 
  

• Minimum of 5 years as an ESM Manager delivering complex ESM solutions in a large, global organization
• Experience in developing and maintaining system environments that facilitate the ITIL principals
• Experience in use of: IBM Tivoli Monitoring(ITM), IBM Netcool (Omnibus & Impact), IBM SmartCloud Control Desk
• Ability to develop and present strategies
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to coach/develop team members

 
Highly Desirable:
 

• 
  

• Understanding of automation, coding and various languages including: C# , JavaScript, Python, TPM programming language, VBScript
• Experience in additional IBM Tivoli suite products
• Knowledge and experience in AIX, Windows Operating Systems, and Enterprise databases
