Why You'll Love Working Here: Flexible hours and a supportive team culture Half-day Fridays after busy season (June-December) Annual performance-based raises Career advancement opportunities within a stable, expanding firm What You'll Do As The Payroll Administrator: Manage full-cycle payroll for a portfolio of clients using QuickBooks The Payroll Administrator will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations Process new hires, terminations, payroll adjustments, and garnishments The Payroll Administrator will maintain accurate records and generate payroll reports Respond to client questions and resolve payroll-related issues What We're Looking For: 2 years of payroll experience (multi-client or client-facing experience a plus) Proficiency in QuickBooks Payroll Strong attention to detail and deadline management Excellent communication and organizational skills
