Financial Analyst/Accountant to team up with our client in the

Responsibilities: Provide analytical support for complex capitation
rate-setting and financial projects. Assist in designing and
implementing rate structures and methodologies, ensuring compliance
with federal regulations and actuarial standards. Develop
rate-setting assumptions and assess their impact on financial
models and data. Analyze financial reports, perform variance
analysis, and provide actionable insights. Record financial data in
QuickBooks, post journal entries, and perform bank reconciliations.
Generate financial statements, forecasts, and variance reports for
clients. Collaborate with project teams to finalize rates and
educate clients on the impact of their policies. Perform financial
analysis and forecasting of financial statements to identify trends
and make recommendations. Provide business consulting services to
entrepreneurs, for-profit, and not-for-profit organizations. Ensure
compliance with company policies and maintain accurate financial
records. Perform other duties as assigned to support financial and
operational objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience with
financial analysis, forecasting, and accounting software such as
QuickBooks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity
with CRM systems. Excellent communication and organizational
skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a
