Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure effecientoperation of the office. Support the managers and team membersthrough a variety of tasks related to organization and comminication. Administrative assistants are responsible to confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of fields, concepts, practices and procedures. The ability to effectively comminicate through telephone and email ensuring all administrative duties are completed accruratley and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals a wide degree of creativity and latituted is expected. Typically reports to President and/or managers.
