The Maintenance Technician will ensure smooth operation of all production equipment and facility systems. As a maintenance technician, you have had a manager who stands over you, or asks you why something isn't finished after 5 minutes, or has never done the job of a maintenance technician. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with expertise in troubleshooting and repairing various machinery and systems. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime Conduct preventative maintenance checks and services Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems Support production teams by resolving equipment-related issues quickly Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs Collaborate with other technicians and departments to improve equipment reliability Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Familiarity with rotational molding, injection molding, and plastics processing Experience with PLC programming and maintenance Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventative maintenance practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Benefits Health Dental Vision 401K PTO - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
