for a Drywall Foreman that is responsible for leading drywall crews
in the layout, installation, hanging, taping, finishing, and repair
of gypsum wallboard systems on commercial building projects. This
role ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according
to project specifications, blueprints, and quality standards. The
Drywall Foreman coordinates labor, materials, equipment, and daily
work plans, and acts as the primary on-site leader for drywall
operations. The Foreman will have general knowledge/ understanding
of all contract documents and project schedule ensuring a safe and
successful project to be delivered on time. This position will be
around the Pittsburgh, PA area. This position will report directly
to the Self-Perform Operations Project Manager and indirectly to

the Franjo Legacy. Essential Functions Crew Leadership &
Supervision Supervise, schedule, and direct drywall crew activities
on job sites. Assign work tasks and monitor quality, pace, and
productivity. Train and mentor crew members in proper drywall
installation and finishing techniques. Promote teamwork,
accountability, and a safe jobsite culture. Work Planning &
Execution Read and interpret architectural drawings, wall types,
partition details, and finish schedules. Perform and oversee
layout, installation of metal studs and backing, drywall hanging,
taping, and finishing to required level (e.g., Level 4/5). Ensure
work meets specifications, tolerances, and manufacturer
requirements. Coordinate with Project Superintendent on material
deliveries, equipment needs, and manpower planning. Identify and
resolve field issues promptly to avoid delays. Safety & Compliance
Enforce company and OSHA safety standards at all times. Conduct
daily toolbox talks and maintain jobsite safety documentation.
Ensure proper PPE use, fall protection, and safe equipment
operation. Communication & Reporting Communicate daily production
progress and any challenges to the Superintendent. Track crew time,
material usage, waste, and production quantities. Assist with
short-term scheduling, look-ahead planning, and project sequencing.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Experience & Skills 5 years of commercial
drywall experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory
role. Strong knowledge of drywall hanging, taping, finishing, and
metal stud framing. Ability to read and interpret construction
documents and specifications. Proficient with drywall tools, lifts,
scaffolding, textures, and finishing compounds. Strong leadership,
communication, and troubleshooting skills. Other Requirements Valid
driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 75
lbs. and work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions. Ability to work
at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding. PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONS (optional): OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Experience with large commercial or multi-family siding projects.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Work Environment While
performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to
fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
The employee is regularly exposed to a variety of extreme
conditions at construction job sites. Position Type This position
is a Full-Time position which will typically involves 40 hours a
week. Due to the nature of the job, the employee must be available
on-call early/late hours to deal with delays, bad weather and
emergencies at the job site. Travel Travel percent- 0-30%,
depending on projects. Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must
be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide
