Job Description Job Description Construction Mechanics Inc (CMI) is looking for experienced Commercial Plumbers to join our team and support our clients ongoing and upcoming projects. Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings (schools, hospitals, offices, retail, industrial facilities) Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications Install pipes, fixtures, valves, water heaters, boilers, pumps, and related equipment Test systems for leaks, pressure, and proper function Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues efficiently Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites Ensure work meets local plumbing codes and safety regulations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications: Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber (journeyman or equivalent preferred) Strong understanding of plumbing codes and commercial building standards Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Proficiency with copper, PVC, cast iron, and steel piping systems Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Steady, year-round commercial work Overtime opportunities Training and advancement potential How to Apply: You can apply to this job ad or send your resume to Brandon@constructionmechanics.com
