Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

Education Teacher to join a K-12 school community in Cuyahoga
Falls, OH, on a contract basis for the current school year. This
role focuses on providing tailored educational support to students
with diverse learning needs, fostering their academic and social
growth in an inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop
and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
with special needs. Collaborate with general education teachers and
support staff to create adaptive teaching strategies. Monitor and
assess student progress, adjusting instructional approaches as
necessary. Maintain compliance with federal and state special
education regulations. Communicate effectively with parents,
guardians, and multidisciplinary teams regarding student
development. Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment
that encourages student engagement. Qualifications: Valid teaching
certification in Special Education. Experience working with K-12
students with diverse learning needs. Strong understanding of
special education laws, instructional strategies, and assessment
methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability
to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
