Develop and implement maintenance strategies that improve equipment reliability Analyze equipment failures and downtime to identify reliability risks and develop solutions to mitigate these issues Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to design and modify equipment for better performance and reliability Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and propose corrective actions Implement condition-based monitoring practices to predict equipment failures Lead reliability improvement projects from conception to completion Prepare technical reports and documentation related to equipment and maintenance reliability Train and mentor staff on reliability best practices and techniques Proficiency in using predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent technical and mechanical skills Familiarity with maintenance management systems Ability to design and interpret CAD drawings Knowledge of statistical tools and reliability analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) from the Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals preferred Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous
