well-established manufacturing company based in Weirton, WV, is
seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician
to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to
work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, troubleshooting and
maintaining a variety of systems to ensure smooth operations. The
successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and
addressing technical issues, ensuring uptime, and contributing to
process improvements. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and diagnose
issues with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, and mechanical
systems. Perform repairs and maintenance to restore various systems
to operational condition. Interpret schematics and drawings to
create accurate parts lists. Estimate scope of work, including
necessary resources such as time and capital. Document instances of
downtime and maintenance activities. Perform Total Productive
Maintenance (TPM) activities to enhance equipment performance.
Identify opportunities for improvements in TPM practices and work
centers. Required Skills/Abilities: Effective verbal and written
communication skills with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Strong
time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting
deadlines. Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively
address technical challenges. Ability to prioritize tasks and
delegate when appropriate. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and
sometimes high-pressure environment. Education and Experience: High
school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of 1 year of
related experience is required. Experience using manual mill and
lathe is preferred. Electrical certification is a plus. CNC
programming experience is advantageous. Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing, crouching, and walking. Ability to
lift up to 50 pounds when required. Work Schedule: Monday to
Friday. Pay rate: Based on experience This is a temp-to-perm
position. Additional Information: Attendance is crucial for success
in this role. Flexibility and willingness to learn are important,
