Job Description Job Description Job Title: Panel Builder Job Description We are seeking a skilled and efficient Panel Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical standards and the ability to work independently without direct supervision. This role involves wiring panel devices according to provided electrical schematics, ensuring neat and error-free products, and maintaining a safe and organized workplace. Responsibilities Maintain working knowledge of applicable electrical standards such as NEMA, NEC, UL, and IEC. Wire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics. Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards. Check work to ensure error-free products. Keep red-lines of any changes required during manufacturing and submit to supervisor upon project completion. Maintain a neat, efficient, and safe workplace. Provide all tools necessary to perform the job function. Essential Skills Proficiency in panel building, control panels, and panel wiring. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints. Experience in machine building and electrical assembly. Ability to mount components, drill, and tap. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to follow and understand assembly instructions, including drawings, prints, and electrical schematics. Capability to layout and mount components. Skill in wiring assembled components from simple schematics and/or wire lists. Occasional assistance in employee development and continuous improvement. Why Work Here? The position offers a 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM with flexible start times as long as you are in by 8:00 AM and complete your 8 hours. Alternatively, a 2nd shift runs from 2 PM to 12 AM with a $2/hr. premium, though these times are not flexible. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Butler, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
