Location: Garfield Heights, OH Status: Full-time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm Compensation: $25-$38 hourly

We are seeking an experienced candidate with a maintenance or
assembly background, to keep metal fabrication equipment operating
at peak performance. Looking for a hands-on problem-solver with a

Duties: Preventive and corrective maintenance on all metal
fabrication machinery, including roll- forming machines, resistance
welders, punch presses, and rivet machines. Troubleshoot and repair
mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
Welding and fabrication of parts and equipment. MIG and Stick
welding as needed. Utilize machining tools such as lathes, mills,
drill press, grinders, etc. Reading and interpreting technical
manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics, and other
troubleshooting/assembly documentation. Assist in relocating or
installing new or existing equipment. Maintain a safe and clean
maintenance shop and production area. Follow all OSHA and company

Medical, Dental, Vision Experience Requirements: 3 years of
industrial maintenance or assembly experience required. Experience
with preventative maintenance schedules and/or maintenance/assembly
documentation. Experience with Roll-Forming machines (not required,
but a huge plus!) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and
schematics. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
Familiarity with machining tools and machining processes.
Familiarity with drilling, tapping, grinding, and welding.
Familiarity with measuring equipment. Other Requirements: Reliable
