experienced Operations Manager for a steel company in Mogadore.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in steel or metal
cuttingsuch as stamping dies, plastic injection molds, machine
shops, or steel sales (e.g., ALRO). $70,000$85,000/year (based on
experience) | MonFri, 6am5pm Temp-to-Hire Requirements: Bachelor's
in Engineering/Business 8 years experience Experience in steel
manufacturing or metal working. Proficient in blueprint reading and
CAD/CAM. Leadership experience in production environments. Key
Responsibilities: Lead production teams to meet goals and maintain
safety. Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize operations.
Oversee equipment maintenance and scheduling. Collaborate across
departments to ensure smooth operations. Track performance metrics
and report to senior management. Train and develop staff; manage
inventory. Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of steel processes
and quality standards. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft
Office. Analytical, organized, and results-driven. Benefits: Health
