DescriptionPosition Title: Risk Management Administrative AssistantDepartment: Risk ManagementPosition Reports to: AVP/Deputy Chief Risk OfficerPosition Supervises: No Direct ReportsPosition Summary: This position assists the AVP/Deputy Chief Risk Officer in administering Risk Management responsibilities and provides administrative support to the Risk Management Department.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the EVP/General Counsel and AVP/Deputy Chief Risk Officer by preparing drafts of monthly/quarterly meeting minutes for Board Risk Committee, Board Audit Committee, and ORMC.
  • On a monthly basis send meeting reminders (when appropriate) and requests for meeting materials and posts meeting materials for the Board Risk Committee, Board Audit Committee, and ORMC.
  • Distributes internal audit information and the collection of management responses.
  • Updates and Maintains the Audit Tracking Report; generates tracking reports for quarterly ORMC, Board Risk and Audit Committee reporting.
  • Schedules Kickoff and Exit Audit Meetings.
  • Send requests and reminders for quarterly KRI information from various departments for quarterly risk reporting; updates and maintains the .ERM Dashboards.
  • Assist with the distribution of requests and the collection and posting of information for regulatory examinations.
  • Collect information and prepare the Risk Departments monthly and quarterly department scorecards for the Companys incentive program.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the Deputy Chief Risk Officer and other department staff as necessary.Education, Certification, License and Experience:
    • Associate Degree or Professional Certification
    • 5 years of administrative assistant experienceSkills and Knowledge:
      • Should possess exemplary communication skills (written & oral)
      • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with internal and external customers
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize multiple assignments
      • Ability to work independently
      • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately, schedule appointments, compose correspondence
      • Advanced PC skills concentrating in EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint.Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak or hear, stand or sit for long periods of time, open filing cabinets, walk, stoop or bend, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and complete tasks requiring manual dexterity.
