If yes to these questions, we are the place for you to join our company Position Summary As the Senior Finance Manager, you are responsible for supplying and improving accounting solutions for the Sodexo - Roth organization. A key aspect of this role will be the ability to successfully ensure that the client---s expectations are satisfied. The Senior Finance Manager will also be responsible for the accounting & finance processes for the Sodexo Command Center & HVAC Service Local division, implementing Sodexo accounting policies & processes, strengthening the internal Procurement to Payment (P2P) control environment, monthly reporting, analysis of results to understand the performance of the divisions and Sodexo Roth and any other ad hoc analysis. Duties and Responsibilities Oversees all invoicing, accounting, and reporting for the HVAC National Service Finance department including the Sodexo intercompany related to the Command Center. Oversees all accounting and reporting for the HVAC Service Local Finance department. Manages the monthly financial close process for the HVAC Service division, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with Sodexo---s financial standards. Documents operational tasks and ensures that best practices are followed. Works with employees to improve processes and procedures Manages the HVAC Service Finance department including empowering the Team Lead to handle day to day responsibilities of the department. Monitors employee performance, offering guidance and recommendations to improvement and maintain work performance. Job Knowledge and Skills Strong accounting knowledge required, especially in contract and accrual accounting. Demonstrated knowledge of accounting rules, laws, and practice. Ability to understand the strategic goals of the organization and link those to the overall objectives of the HVAC Service Finance department. Ability to leverage/build solid working relationships within and external to the organization. Capable of effectively communicating with all employees Shows an ability to lead and train employees Establishes, develops, and achieves team goals and objectives Ability to provide clear directions and respond accordingly to employees Minimum Requirements Legal Age:18 years Education or Equivalent Experience: College or advanced educational degree Minimum (5) years--- experience in Finance or Accounting with Management experience Experience working in the HVAC, Construction or Roofing industry is a preferred Must demonstrate strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.) and other applicable software applications Strong problem solving and analytical skills Experience working in an integrated ERP system such as SAP Sodexo - Roth is an EEO Company
