Sales Manager (Industrial Machinery) - Youngstown, Ohio - JOB 22-00715



Salary Range: $90k - $110k (+ up to 25% bonus) Permanent Position with Benefits.



Youngstown, Ohio Manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced Manager of Sales who has a strong technical / machinery background



REQUIREMENTS

• 
  
• BSME or BSEE minimum
  
• 5+ years' experience specialized steel equipment, heat treating, cold rolling mills, steel galvanizing lines, thermal and chemical treatment equipment
  
• 4+ sales management experience
  
• Develop forecast, approve budgets, direct sales staff (mentor, train, & guide), assist marketing, research industry competition and trends
  
• Exceptional written and verbal skills to communicate with staff, vendors & clients
  
• Manage primary accounts
  
• Develop new markets and target potential clients
  
• Generate proposals and direct staff in the bidding process
  
• Schedule and manage meetings as needed
  
• Some travel may be required
