This position covers the North Central Zone. The ideal candidate would reside in one of the primary states of the North Central Zone, and near a major airport.

• Develop and implement strategic and operating plans consistent with attainment of financial, operational, and customer objectives. Includes Zone P&L responsibility, growth in market share, margin attainment and asset management.
• Successfully partner with Sales counterpart to drive business within the Zone.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers. Act as a role model to others by operating with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations. Use customer information to drive improvement in products, processes and services. Drive resolution of critical customer issues. Ensure customer satisfaction measurements are communicated and acted upon within the Zone.
• Analyze current trends and information affecting the business and revise operating plans and objectives with changing conditions. Effectively communicate with others within the organization to ensure coordination.
• Skillfully negotiate in tough situations, both externally and internally. Demonstrate the ability to win concessions without damaging relationships. Demonstrate diplomacy and tact.
• Ensure CMSU resources are utilized effectively and appropriately in addressing product/technical problems. Ensure general technical problems are communicated to the proper organizations.
• Provide leadership within the Zone to continuously improve Service and business processes. Foster open dialogue and define success in terms of the whole team. Share ownership and visibility.
• Build people. Provide developmental plans; hold frequent development discussions. Effectively assess team members to get the best out of them. Provide current, direct, complete and actionable feedback to others. Directly and immediately manage problems, take requisite action, even if negative, with the best interest of CMSU in mind.
• Model the appropriate behavior. Play a leadership role in the support of CMSU policies, practices and procedures.
