Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a passion for providing high-quality patient care.*Job Details: ** *$1,750 - $1,850** Night Shift* 7:00p - 7:00a* 3x12's* 36 hours a week*Duties:** *Continuous Monitoring:* Observe patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, using telemetry and other monitoring equipment.* *Assessment:* Perform regular physical assessments and recognize changes in patients' conditions that may require immediate intervention.* *Medical Interventions:* Administer medications, manage intravenous lines, and perform other medical procedures as prescribed by the healthcare provider.* *Support:* Provide care for patients with conditions such as cardiac issues, respiratory problems, or post-surgical recovery that require close observation.* *Team Communication:* Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.* *Family Education:* Communicate with patients' families to provide updates on their condition, answer questions, and offer guidance on care needs.*Skills and Qualifications:** *Clinical Skills:* Proficient in advanced monitoring techniques and patient care procedures.* *Critical Thinking:* Ability to assess, analyze, and respond to patient needs and changes in condition quickly.* *Communication:* Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team.* *Certification:* AHA BLS and ACLS.If you are a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of patients, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
