Job Description:
Seeking a full-time RN for the Cardiac Float Pool in Oklahoma
City, working 7p-7a. Responsibilities include managing patient care
through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while
supervising staff and mentoring non-licensed personnel. Must float
to other units and participate in on-call duties. Adheres to safety
goals, with exposure to potential hazards like infections and
workplace risks. Requires Oklahoma RN licensure or multistate
license, ACLS certification within six months, and 3+ years of RN
experience in ICU, Intermediate Care, or Telemetry. Must complete
orientation, demonstrate core competencies within 90 days, and
unit-specific skills within 12 months.
