Physical Therapist Role $2,200 per week Skilled Nursing Facility
Physical Therapist (PT) About the Role: Medadventures is seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in
a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. This position offers the
opportunity to work closely with residents to improve mobility,
restore function, and enhance overall quality of life.
Responsibilities: Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized
treatment programs for residents. Collaborate with an
interdisciplinary care team to achieve patient goals. Document all
treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries according to
facility and regulatory standards. Educate residents and caregivers
on safe mobility, exercises, and home programs. Qualifications:
Active state Physical Therapy license. Previous experience in a SNF
or inpatient rehab setting preferred. Excellent communication,
organization, and clinical reasoning skills. Passion for
