and urgent/emergent cases at a Level 1 trauma center. This is a

Setting: Hospital Schedule: 8–12 hour shifts Average Surgical Cases
per Day: 1–2 emergent Trauma Level: 1 EMR: EPIC Patient
Demographics: Adult & Geriatric (emergent cases through ED)
Neurosurgeons in Practice: 1 employed, 1 non-employed Procedures
Required: Adult Neurosurgery Cases & Trauma Brain Bleed Stoppage
Clot Removal Tumor Removal Trauma Repair Shunt Insertion/Revision
Spine Surgery: Stabilization, Reconstruction, Vertebroplasty,
Kyphoplasty, Spinal Fusion, Laminectomy, Diskectomy Neuro IR
available in-house Rates & Travel: On-call daily with callback
Lodging reimbursement: ~$150/night (standard/economy; upgrades
require approval) Requirements: Board Certified Neurosurgery Ohio
Medical License BLS & ACLS Active DEA Must list specific dates of
availability at time of submission
