Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Physical Therapist Role $2,200 per week Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist (PT) About the Role: Medadventures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with residents to improve mobility, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life. Responsibilities: - Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for residents. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve patient goals. - Document all treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries according to facility and regulatory standards. - Educate residents and caregivers on safe mobility, exercises, and home programs. Qualifications: - Active state Physical Therapy license. - Previous experience in a SNF or inpatient rehab setting preferred. - Excellent communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills. - Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation outcomes.
