Coverage Need December - 3-month assignment to start Schedule
Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. 3-5 days each week No Call,
No Weekends Clinical Details Primary care at both assisted living
and skilled nursing facilities Seeing 15-20 patients a day Working
at on facility per day Multiple Sites in catchment area Reliable
transportation Medication management Adult and Geriatric Patients
Oversees APP's onsite Clinical Support Nurse Practitioner
Requirements Active Ohio License ACLS, BLS Active OH DEA Board
certified AMDA certification preferred but not required EMR Chart
Path including A.I. Ambience Auto Scribe - point click care
