Job Description Leaderstat - Post Acute is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Director of Nursing Director for a travel nursing job in Sarver, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Director of Nursing - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 9 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Interim Director of Nursing (DON) – Skilled Nursing Facility Quality Life Services Sarver is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (RN) to start ASAP in Sarver, PA. This is a leadership focused interim assignment in a stable facility with corporate support already in place. Facility Details • Location: Sarver, PA • Census: 65 residents • Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility • EMAR: PCC Schedule • Monday to Friday, 8a to 5p • On call rotation required • Must be willing to work the floor in emergencies Requirements • RN license required • 5 years DON or ADON experience in LTC/SNF • Strong survey readiness experience • Hands on clinical leadership style • Proven staffing and acuity management experience • Working knowledge of CMS and state regulations • Ability to stabilize teams and partner with leadership and HR Travel • Local preferred • Regional candidates will be considered Compensation • $60 per hour • $40 per day meal per diem
