with Barton Associates to find a qualified Family Practice NP in
Indiana! We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day
locum tenens assignment in Indiana, starting Feb 23, 2026. This
full-time opportunity offers a varied weekday schedule and involves
providing primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative
clinical environment. Job Details Location: Indiana Start Date: Feb
23, 2026 LOA: 60 days Provider Type Needed: Family Nurse
Practitioner Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am-5pm;
Tuesday and Thursday 10am-7pm Responsibilities and Duties Manage
medications for patients Educate patients on home treatment plans
Refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed Ensure
continuity of care between visits Complete charting and notations
for each patient consult in the EMR Participate in peer reviews
Work collaboratively with the Chief Medical Officer and medical
team Provide care to a culturally and economically diverse patient
population Additional Information Must be licensed as a nurse
practitioner in Indiana Required board certification in Family
Medicine Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
(CPR) certifications required Comfort seeing patients of all ages
