Schedule Full-time or part-time available Flexible hours Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay or 35% of collections (whichever is higher) 401(k) with company match Continuing education assistance Supportive work environment with growth opportunities Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages Perform a variety of procedures: extractions, root canals, restorative work, crowns and bridges, dentures/partials (including implant-supported options), and implants Ensure a comfortable, positive patient experience through excellent communication and care Collaborate with and mentor dental and dental hygiene students (if interested) Requirements DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active WV dental license in good standing Current CPR certification Strong clinical skills across a wide range of procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Experience working with dental or dental hygiene students Commitment to continued professional development Join a practice where your skills are valued, your schedule is flexible, and your patients are at the heart of everything we do.
