Job Description Job Description Nocturnist Join a financially stable and growing non-profit multi-hospital health system with 525 physicians and 281 advanced practice providers on staff. 40 Hospitalist practice group. The facilities have a total of 815 inpatient and skilled nursing beds supporting a wide range of care and treatments with specialty units that care for cancer, cardiovascular/thoracic, neurosurgery, pulmonology, neonatal and high-risk pregnancy patients Manage Medical - Surgical unit and ICU. Opportunity in Central PA (25 miles to Pittsburgh, PA). Non profit community hospital with 200 bed facility with 225-member medical staff representing more than 40 specialties. Open ICU. Run codes, stroke alerts and rapid responses. No procedures necessary. Supportive Med-Surgical unit. Average census: 6-10 admissions nightly. 7on / 7 off schedule (7pm to 7am). 10 shifts p/month.
