Program Coordinator Full Time Title: Program Coordinator (Home Care) Status: Full Time - Temporary Shift: Monday through Friday, Flexible Schedule! Core Hours 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, On-call Rotation, and * Remote Options Available Department: Redstone @ Home We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator to join our Redstone@Home team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality home care services to our clients. Why Choose Redstone? Earn $150 for the DCW track and $500 for the HHA track. Complete both tracks and earn $650! This money goes directly to you. Candidates must first complete forty (40) hours of work to be eligible, and training must be completed on-site at the Greensburg facility within 30 days of hire. What will I do as an employee with Redstone? As a Program Coordinator , supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities: Coordinate client admissions, assessments, and care plans. Supervise and mentor Home Care Aides, conducting client visits and providing support. Facilitate daily operations meetings and address client and staff concerns. Maintain accurate client records and assist with payroll and billing. Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and referral sources. What do I need for this role with Redstone? Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing, free of traffic violations. Reliable, independent transportation. Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
