We are currently seeking a dedicated Rehab Nursing Tech to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will assist in providing compassionate and effective rehabilitative care to patients, supporting both their physical and emotional needs. This position requires an individual who can work collaboratively in a healthcare setting, ensuring patient safety and the efficacy of treatment plans under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals. Assist nursing staff in providing direct patient care as per the treatment plan. Monitor and record patients' progress and vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the nursing staff. Support patients with daily activities, including mobility, personal hygiene, eating, and dressing. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Engage with patients' families to inform them of progress and educate them on follow-on care practices. Operate and maintain medical equipment used in patient care. Ability to follow detailed instructions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathy and compassion towards patients Physical stamina to assist and lift patients Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred CPR/First Aid certification required
