Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Family Practice - Discipline: Physician Assistant - Duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Locum Tenens Family Medicine NP/PA – Night Shift Location: Allegheny County Jail | Pittsburgh Seeking a confident, Board-Certified NP/PA for autonomous overnight coverage in a high-impact correctional setting. Schedule: Thurs–Sat, 6PM–6AM Every other Wed OT after 80 hrs/2 weeks Min. 2 weeks/month (FT strongly preferred) Role: - Perform medical intakes - Manage acute & chronic conditions - Supervise detox initiation - Respond to urgent/emergent cases Requirements: Active PA license, PA DEA, BLS, ACLS Night shift experience preferred Credentialing 60–90 days.
