Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents according
to individual care plans Administer medications and treatments
accurately and safely Conduct assessments and monitor residents for
changes in condition Oversee LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality and
compliance Communicate effectively with residents, families,
physicians, and team members Maintain documentation in accordance
with state, federal, and facility guidelines Respond to emergencies
and provide appropriate interventions Support a positive,
resident-centered environment Qualifications Current Registered
Nurse ( RN ) license in the State of Kentucky Strong clinical,
critical thinking, and assessment skills Ability to lead, delegate,
and work collaboratively Excellent communication and organizational
skills Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach
