Occupational Therapist Location: Strongsville, OH Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $1,838 to $2,038 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Strongsville, OH. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred. Clinical experience evaluating and treating geriatric populations, including ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendation, and fall prevention strategies preferred. Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to manage a caseload, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with patients and families. Shift Days: Monday through Friday. Shift Hours: 08:30–16:30. Weekly Hours: 35 guaranteed hours. Assignment Length: 13 weeks. Meal Break: 30 minutes.
