Bon Secours Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital is seeking a locum Electrophysiology Cardiologist to provide inpatient and call coverage due to a change in FTE.

• Facility: Mercy St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital

• Location: Youngstown, OH

• Start Date: 7/1/2026

• Practice Setting: Inpatient and call

• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts

• Call: 24-hour call

• Call Ratio: 1:4

• Reason for Coverage: Change in FTE

• Average Clinic Patients/Day: 20

• Average Inpatient Admissions/Physician/Day: 11

• Trauma Designation: Level I

• Total Beds: 400

• ICU Beds: 50

• Cardiology Group Size: 20 physicians

• Other Cardiologists Onsite During Coverage: Yes

• APP Supervision Required: 1 APP

• Patient Population: Adult / Geriatric

• EMR: Epic

• Electrical cardioversions

• Electrocardiograms (EKGs)

• Tilt table testing

• All electrophysiology procedures

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 120 days
