Customer Service Representative Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you are delighted to provide outstanding service to our client's customers by answering their inbound phone calls and troubleshooting issues with major appliances from our client's elite brand.

Your overall goal is to effectively diagnose the customer's needs and provide world class support and solutions, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

---Successful Customer Support Representa tives are patient, empathetic and passionately communicative
Customer Support Representative will take Inbound Calls acting as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency
Assist and educate customers on warranty information and services
Troubleshoot issues and answer all questions regarding their home appliances
Resolve customer concerns, prevent future issues, and promote client's services in a respectful and professional manner
Communicate and explain the value and benefits of services to customers by establishing relationships and building strong rapport
Problem-solving also comes naturally to you. You are confident at troubleshooting
Personalize each call with our listen, care, connect strategy
Accurately notate customer interactions into systems with accuracy
Update logged information in a timely manner in order to track assessment completion, general inquiries and resolution

Minimum of one-year's customer service experience either in a face-to-face position or previous call center position

Flexible working schedule. Schedule are subject to change due to our call volume nature

Exemplary Attendance records with previous employers.

Open Availability: 9 am to 8 pm 7 days/week

Full Time Position up to 40 hours per week

High School Diploma or GED

Must submit to a background check and drug test upon offer of employment

VXI has been working tirelessly to provide a clean and COVID safe environment for our staff.

Social Distancing on the call floor to maintain at least six feet between co-workers.

On-site health screenings of each employee when they arrive for their shift.

Strict Cleaning protocols - include hand sanitizer and supplies to clean throughout the day.
