JDK Management Co., L.P. is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead operations at Quaker Steak & Lube in Sharon. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all facets of restaurant management, ensuring that Quaker Steak & Lube not only meets but exceeds customer expectations while aligning with JDK's broader mission of outstanding service provision across various sectors. Directing and overseeing the entire operations of the restaurant, including staff performance, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Implementing strategies to enhance customer service based on JDK Management’s progressive policies, aimed at boosting customer retention and satisfaction. Handling all hiring, training, and supervision of staff, ensuring the team meets the high standards expected within JDK Management’s service sectors. Conducting regular reviews and adjustments of food and beverage menus to ensure they align with current trends and customer preferences. Managing inventory levels and establishing supplier relationships to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently without overstocking or stock outs. Enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment for both guests and staff. Preparing and analyzing management reports on restaurant performance, including action plans to drive continuous improvement.
