Cumberland Farms, affectionately known as 'Cumby's,' is seeking a dynamic Subway Restaurant General Manager to oversee operations at our in-store Subway franchise. Our ideal candidate will bring expertise in food service management and a passion for customer service to maintain the high standards and appealing atmosphere that Cumby’s is renowned for. As the leader of the Subway team, the manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the Subway outlet, ensuring alignment with our commitment to efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations. Manage and schedule staff effectively to maintain operational efficiency. Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Train and develop team members for optimal performance and career advancement. Manage inventory and supply orders to meet business needs while controlling costs. Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and effectively. Drive sales and profitability through innovative promotions, local marketing strategies, and excellent customer service. Prepare and analyze management reports on sales, profitability, and workforce utilization.
