Greeting guests warmly as they enter and leave the property Assisting with luggage storage and transport Providing accurate information about local attractions and hotel services Ensuring the bellstand area is tidy and well-maintained Coordinating with the front desk to manage guest needs and expectations Handling guest queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle heavy items and stand for extended periods Strong organizational skills Adaptability to varying guest needs Professional appearance and demeanor Certification in Hospitality Management is a plus
