Job Description:
Penn Station is looking for a motivated assistant manager to
join our team! We understand that people don’t aspire to work their
way up the ladder in the restaurant industry only to get stuck. The
goal is to run your own store! Many of the General Managers in our
company are promoted from the Assistant Manager position. The ideal
candidate will be flexible in handling daily operations and
diligent in upholding our standards. This person will direct the
workflow of team members, while also interacting with customers and
preparing delicious food! A successful AM must be able to oversee a
team of people and facilitate a smooth workflow. They exhibit
strong problem-solving abilities and display sound judgement in
resolving issues. They show an aptitude toward preventing mistakes
through high awareness. They will help set the pace for the crew by
maintaining high energy, positivity, and a sense of urgency. Top

effective employee training and implementation of company policies.
