Job Description Job Description Job Title: Nurse Manager - Sterile Processing (SPT) Duration of Assignment: Permanent Location: Ashtabula, OH Shift: Day shift Salary Range: Hourly: $46.00 (plus/minus based on experience) Annual: $95,680 Start Date: Immediate Job Duties: Oversee the Sterile Processing Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Supervise and manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Monitor and manage department budgets, maintaining financial efficiency. Ensure proper sterilization, inventory management, and availability of supplies and equipment. Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care and operational flow. Implement and monitor quality control measures and adherence to safety protocols. Foster professional growth and development among staff members. Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS certifications required. TNCC certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years of management experience in an acute care facility or sterile processing area required.
