Job Description:

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanical Project Team Leader to oversee our project teams within the HVAC wholesale department. This leader will spearhead projects that enhance building efficiency, sustainability, and security, utilizing our cutting-edge smart building technologies. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects from planning to execution, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with our innovative and customer-centric vision. Coordinate and oversee HVAC project teams from initiation to completion. Manage budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation for HVAC projects. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards in project execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during the project lifecycle. Implement continuous improvement strategies for project processes. Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and reports. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HVAC system design and implementation. Experience with project management software. Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems. Capability to perform financial forecasting and budget management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred. HVAC Excellence Certification or equivalent is beneficial.
