Modis, a leader in the staffing industry, is working with our client to assist them in filling a .net developer job located in the Youngstown Ohio.   The ideal candidate will join and existing team and provide software development working in ASP.Net.  After a contract period, the goal is to have this developer join the company as a regular employee.  Thereis also the option to join as a direct employee.
 
Responsibilities:
• We are seeking an ASP.Net Developer who will design, develop, and enhance existing internal applications on Microsoft .Net platform
• Responsibilities include the development of solutions for all tiers of the application; code-behinds, controls, middle-tier business components, database layer, etc.
• Additionally, the Developer will assist in formulating standards and development practices.
• This person will apply fundamental concepts of software programming and application development methodology in a team environment including analyzing business and functional requirements and technical specifications.  
 
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree along with 2+ years of C# and ASP.Net development experience in the 4.0 platform.  Specifically, looking for ASP.Net/Web Development along with WCF/Web Services Development as a plus.  .
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Working as part of a team is critical
• Experience in SQL Server 2008\2005 and knowledge of database design and performance  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
