Job Description:
What you will be doing: Join the Mergers & Acquisitions and
Corporate practice group. Handle M&A and other strategic
transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, asset and stock
deals. Manage transaction documentation and ancillary agreements.
Conduct due diligence and negotiate definitive agreements. Support
general corporate and commercial matters for clients. Work on
complex transactions and collaborate directly with partners.
Develop meaningful client relationships. Experience you will need:
J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission to the Pennsylvania
bar. 3–7 years of experience at a law firm with a focus on M&A,
corporate, or commercial work. Strong drafting, negotiation, and
analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and meet
deadlines in a high-volume practice. Excellent academic credentials
and communication skills.
