Job Description:

Storeroom Supervisor within our Food & Beverage Operations
division, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our
storeroom facilities, ensuring that inventory management processes
align with our commitment to nourishing and sustaining the global
community. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency
and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, directly
impacting our ability to deliver high-quality products to our
customers and partners. Manage and supervise the storeroom
personnel and daily operations. Ensure proper inventory control,
organization, and distribution of supplies and materials. Implement
and monitor procedures for effective inventory management to
prevent overstocking and shortages. Develop and maintain
relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely
procurement of goods. Coordinate with other departments to forecast
inventory needs and manage supply chain risks. Lead periodic
inventory audits and generate accurate reports for management
review. Train and develop storeroom staff on new systems and
protocols. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in all storage
areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Strong leadership
and managerial skills. Proficient in inventory management systems
and databases. Excellent organizational and strategic planning
skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to
analyze data and provide solutions to inventory issues. Medical
