UniFirst Corporation, a leading provider of workplace uniforms and protective workwear clothing across North America and Europe, is seeking a dedicated CDL Shuttle and Transport Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient transport and delivery of our uniform and facility service products to various client locations. As a CDL Shuttle and Transport Driver, you will handle the responsibilities of safely shuttling goods between our service centers and clients, maintaining log books, and ensuring timely delivery of products, reflecting the high standards of UniFirst Corporation. Operate company vehicles, including large trucks, ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods to predetermined clients. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure proper operating condition. Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. Maintain detailed logs of driving times and miles driven, as per federal and state regulations. Communicate effectively with logistics coordinators to confirm delivery schedules and address any delays or issues. Assist with loading and unloading of company products at service centers and client sites. Proficient in driving large vehicles. Good time management and communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate logs and records. Knowledge of road safety regulations and transportation laws. Medical Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License). A clean driving record.
