Job Description:

Currently searching for a Regional Class A/B Driver based in northeast Pittsburgh to cover the Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York (excluding New York City), West Virginia, Maryland territory. This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire role. Compensation $27.40/hour for Class A drivers $24.50/hour for Class B drivers Quarterly safety bonus Out-of-pocket expenses covered: per diem, fuel card and EZPass Schedule Typically Monday through Friday. Every 2 months, leave on Sunday. Home on Fridays. Starting at 5-6am. 1-2 overnights per trip. Day cab/stay in hotel. Job Responsibilities Deliver and unload product to customer sites, typically 5-6 stops a day. Distributes receipts for load picked up. Occasionally collects payment for goods delivered and for delivery charges. Maintain truck log, according to state and federal regulations. Contact customers to advise delivery times. Pre and post trip inspection. Skills You Bring: At least one year experience driving Class A or Class B vehicles. Valid Class A or Class B CDL with good driving record. Proficient with manual transmission. Ability to pass onboarding requirements including: driving test as well as DOT physical and drug test. Ability to join union. Proficient in reading and writing English. Capable of working in a physically demanding work environment which includes bending; stretching; pushing, pulling, and lifting 75 pounds.
