Job Description:
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a
Painter to join their team. As a Painter, you will be part of the
Manufacturing team supporting various production initiatives. The
ideal candidate will have strong analytical problem-solving skills,
effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset
which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:
Painter Location: Imperial, PA Pay Range: $19.20/hr What's the Job?
Paint large steel parts with high pressure paint guns. Properly
maintain all painting equipment. Create and implement the best
painting technique for the dock leveler application. Be an active
member on the launch team implementing the painting, welding, and
assembly processes. Accountable for every aspect of your work and
verify that the painting process meets all requirements. What's
Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent. Understanding of
basic manufacturing processes. Ability to comprehend blueprints,
schematics, and work specifications. Physical ability to lift at
least 25 pounds or more. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen,
Kanban, and 5S methodologies. What's in it for me? Opportunity to
