Staffing Services is looking for a Strongsville Plastics
Manufacturing company looking for 1st shift PUNCH PRESS OPERATOR
Position. Hours 7:30am-4pm. Pay is $18.00/hr. Pay is weekly. Job
Summary: Configuring and calibrating punch presses, including
setting dies, loading materials and feeding materials through the
machine. Job Duties: Operates the punch press die cutter Packing
and labeling boxes to customer specifications Maintains a clean and
orderly work area Maintains a safe working environment by following
all company safety policies and procedures and reports unsafe
conditions and incidents, while maintaining quality standards.
Identifies poor quality material and notifies the supervisor and/or
Quality Control. Completes paperwork correctly for proper sheet
count and to maintain inventory. Readjusts machine to ensure
specified dimensions of sheets. Observes operation of machine to
detect malfunctions such as jamming, wrinkling or tearing of
material. Job Qualifications: High School diploma and/or equivalent
or one year of related experience with tow truck operations. Must
have organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and
multi-task. Exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up
skills. Must possess good problem solving skills. Ability to
interact in a professional manner with employees. Ability to
communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Basic computer
knowledge. Willingness to work as team member or independently. No
Felonies, Must have own transportation, Must be able to read a tape
