Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: General Laborer / Machine Operator (Temp-to-Perm) Eighty Four, PA Mancan Staffing is partnering with a shims manufacturing facility in Eighty Four to hire a General Laborer / Machine Operator for a temp-to-permanent opportunity. Pay is $19$20/hour, based on experience. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who can operate two machines simultaneously in a manufacturing setting. Once machines are started at the beginning of the shift, the work becomes repetitive and monotonous, making consistency, focus, and reliability essential. Job Responsibilities: * Uncoiling .002.003 thick material from coils * Applying adhesive to material * Cutting material into sheets for part production * Monitoring and operating multiple machines at once Schedule: MondayThursday | 6:00 AM 4:00 PM This is a great opportunity to transition into a permanent role with a stable manufacturing company and enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with long weekends.
