pruning and butchering? Do you get oddly excited about a perfectly

an experiencedLead Gardener to take ownership of our growing
gardening division. This isnt just a show up and weed job, this is
a chance to lead, teach, and build something youre proud of. You'll
be setting the standard, elevating quality, and helping our clients
fall in love with their landscapes all over again. What Youll Own:
Weekly garden bed weeding routes Plant health care & detailed plant
maintenance Proper pruning (the right way, at the right time)
Designing and maintaining stunning seasonal color containers What
Were Looking For: Proven hands-on gardening experience Strong plant
knowledge (shrubs, perennials, ornamentals, seasonal annuals)
Pruning skills that make plants healthier and better looking
Leadership ability, someone who can train and inspire our
enthusiastic, growing team Pride in your work and attention to
