If so, we're looking for you.POSITION DESCRIPTION:This position will be responsible for helping to build the HICV brand through the oversite and management of content and creative requests that engages audiences across at-home and on-property communication channels. Serve as an account coordinator to internal clients and translates their needs into thoughtful briefs via project management system. Support project coordination through ongoing process optimizations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:* Gathers all necessary information from clients, crafts input/creative briefs, kicks-off creative process, partners with and guides internal and external vendors throughout the development process.* Manages client/partner expectations through regular communications and status updates. Facilitates communication between the clients and creative team.* Works with project coordination to keep all projects on time and on budget, looks for ways to improve processes and procedures. Communicates swiftly and accurately to all team members, leadership and partners.QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor's degree required* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in one of the following: Account Management, Marketing Strategy, Brand Management* Agency experience a plus* Solid understanding of the changing digital landscape and digital content* Must be able to collaborate and develop strong relationships with clients* Ability to demonstrate end-to-end thinking through projects* Strong attention to detail and work ethic* Proficient in prioritizing, organizing and delegating assignments* Advanced presentation skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Possess well-developed judgment, interpersonal and communication skills* An analytical as well as a creative approach to tasks
